Mr. Ricardo S. Pascua
Chairman & President

He was formerly the President of Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation (FBDC). Prior to that, he was President of Metro Pacific Corporation, the lead corporation in the consortium which successfully bidded for Fort Bonifacio. He was also a Chairman of Smart Communications and Chairman of PDCP Bank. Prior to 1993, Mr. Pascua was an Executive Director of First Pacific Group of Companies based in Hong Kong.

Mr. Roger Van Den Berghe
Vice Chairman & Acting CEO

He has over 35 years of experience as an international businessman and consultant. He has held several top positions in Trucks and Automotive Industries in different countries in Europe and Asia. In the Philippines, he was the driving force in developing a Barangay Microbusiness Enterprise. He took the initiative to create a sophisticated IT based business that has introduced the latest technologies in biometrics, software development and IP based systems and telephony.

Mr. Raul Ocampo, Jr
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Ocampo oversees product research and development for broadband operations. He is an experienced Silicon Valley veteran having been involved in various successful technology startups during the dotcom boom in the late 90s. A co-founder of Happy, he has helped transition the company into a next-generation telecom network provider by designing its own IP-IMS core switching platform. This same platform elevates Happy into the lst and only true 4th generation wireless broadband carrier in the country today.

Mr. Michael P. Goco
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Goco was Group Vice President of Metro Pacific Corporation and President of PDCP Bank. He has been in the field of Finance and Banking for over 35 years. He has had extensive experience in the Asian region with postings in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.

Mr. Paulo Flores
Chief of Network Operations

Mr. Flores leads network operations and infrastructure development for Happy's 4G network. He has over (12) twelve years experience in IT project management and new products and services development, (8) eight years of which are in the telecommunications industry where he has in depth exposure on RF for GSM base stations and network core switching with focus on services development. He has a masters degree in business management from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) and was at one time a managing assistant and tech consultant to the CEO of a local general technology contractor in the Philippines.
